About Blake Rowinski

I am a personable, highly motivated graduate from the University of Utah department of Physical Therapy. I have been practicing in outpatient orthopedics/sports rehab and have found that my blue-collar background allows me to effectively communicate and educate patients from all walks of life. My clinical strengths/areas of expertise include; complex shoulder evaluation and treatment of extremities, functional movement assessments, sport specific training, vestibular rehabilitation and post-op orthopedic rehab/return to sport training. I place a large emphasis on functional strength and mobility training that is patient-focused to their specific goals. Patient education that is easy to digest, relevant and delivered with enthusiasm, can be the catalyst that pushes a patient into making healthy lifestyle changes. Combining this with therapeutic exercises and a HEP they can perform throughout their normal daily routine greatly increases compliance and improves outcomes.
