About Blake Sadr

For me, being involved and serving others are two of the most fulfilling things a person can do. Throughout my life I have always been someone who takes initiative and tries to bring others up with me. Whether it be leading tours through leading tours with the Business Student Ambassador Organization or serving as Co-President of the Tippie Real Estate Club, each and every experience has given me skills applicable to my future. The time I’ve spent at the University of Iowa has shaped me into a determined young professional, and has given me the opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of the brightest individuals I’ve ever met. My involvements at Iowa have equipped me with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to apply classroom knowledge to everyday life and professional activities. I am also a lifelong competitor. Throughout high school I participated in sports year round and was the captain of the football team my senior year. This athletic competitiveness has translated to a love for health and fitness as I moved into college. This has been a great release for me as I work through heavy coursework. I also played a part in 2 top 15 state finishes in jazz band and and numerous first place finishes in marching and concert band at Treynor High School. At The University Of Iowa I was selected as 1 of 10 new business student ambassadors and 1 of 24 pledges in Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity in the spring of 2023. Currently I am a Senior at the University of Iowa studying finance in the Tippie College of Business. I transferred to Iowa after graduating with my A.A. degree from Iowa Western Community College in the summer of 2022. I am interested in commercial real estate, but I also have interest in wealth management and transportation logistics.
