As Director, Healthcare Banking at FNBO I work as a consultant with hospital leaders throughout the Midwest to help accelerate their cash conversion cycle, increase efficiencies through automation and reduce expenses. Healthcare has been an important part of my life and I am proud to utilize the strong community involvement and financial expertise of FNBO, as the largest privately held bank in the country, to help hospitals become more financially efficient so they may focus on what they do best, patient care. I am always looking to grow myself personally and professionally. Some things I do to accomplish this are listening to podcasts (Marketplace, Finding Mastery, Prof G, Adam Grant, Brene Brown, etc.), asking questions to understand the why behind things, dreaming, and enjoying all of life’s moments with my family.
