About Blake Stephenson

I was a typical school leaver. I graduated high school and moved straight into studying my passion. For the next 3 years I worked hard to complete a B. Science (Human Geography) minoring in Sociology. By the time I finished my degree, I wasn't super clear on my plan for the future. With my direction blurred, I dropped into a job that I thought would be temporary. What I discovered was an environment brimming with opportunity and a culture of learning, exactly what I needed to grow my skills. Over the next 5 years I focused on cultivating my Leadership and Project Management skills - what a better place to do so than in a contact centre leading diverse teams of up to 16 people! As it turned out, I also got an opportunity to drive positive change with a Sustainability Coordinator role at Dyson. Parallel with my leadership role, I found a space to manage a range of Sustainability projects spanning from leadership of smaller internal initiatives, to larger projects involving communication between ANZ and our UK counterparts. I'm looking to connect with like-minded individuals looking to make the planet a better place.
