About Blake Strecker

With over a decade of experience in training individuals and teams, I have dedicated my career to fostering physical transformation through tailored fitness programs. My journey began with my first internship in 2014, and since then, I have engaged with diverse populations, including youth, high school, and collegiate athletes, as well as adults seeking general fitness. Philosophically, I believe that effective training stems from a thorough evaluation of movement and training history, alongside clear communication of key goals. I emphasize the importance of building relationships to drive progress, whether the objective is improved athletic performance or enhanced quality of life. As a versatile coach, I have successfully guided over 300 clients—managing up to 90 simultaneously—on their individual journeys toward weight loss, hypertrophy, strength gain, mobility, and specialized fitness goals, such as half marathons and powerlifting meets. My approach combines scientifically backed methods with firsthand experience as a fitness enthusiast, former collegiate athlete, and health and fitness studies major. I am committed to continuous learning and improvement, actively pursuing knowledge through seminars, recent literature, and real-world coaching experiences. I thrive on helping clients navigate their busy lives while achieving their fitness ambitions.
