About Blake Sullivan

I have found myself very fortunate to work with, and know, many amazing and talented people and teams throughout my professional growth in facilities operation and maintenance. With the guidance of many, my work ethic, and strong drive and desire to succeed, I have developed myself from an entry-level operator without prior manufacturing experience, to a lead operator, and now to a Facilities Manager of a manufacturing site for sensors and alternators in the Aviation industry. I have received the greatest opportunities of working within 2 brand new, state-of-the-art start-up business's, and 2 very historic industries and sites that continue the strong heritage. I bring a difference to facilities operations with my out of the box (or fresh perspective) approach. I listen to those who do the work for the best advice and I am known to try new approaches and to always seek a better way to improve production capabilities by increasing efficiency and reliability. I strive to take the emotions out of decision making by providing tangible data that is easily captured, reproducible, and can be used to strategize and implement actionable priorities. I strongly believe that all team members bring uniqueness and talents to lift each other up and succeed together. I strongly advocate for those who wish to grow their careers by working closely to help them set and achieve their own goals. I enjoy all of the challenges and opportunities that my career in facilities has and will continue to provide. My personal goal is to continue this life long journey in facilities and look to manage a new construction site for world class optimization and efficiency where all employees are proud to come to work every day, where they have top rated safety and economic prosperity (Success). I want to be a part of the team to create new history with a fresh look to the technology future.
