As Senior Vice President of External Affairs, Blake Waggoner has played a pivotal role in shaping strategic policy and charitable initiatives that have expanded Nomi Health’s reach and deepened its impact in communities nationwide. Blake spearheads Nomi Health’s lobbying and public policy efforts at the local, state and federal levels, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of healthcare innovation and policy. His ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and maintain strong relationships with government leaders has been instrumental in expanding Nomi Health’s presence and influence across multiple states and in Washington, D.C. As a direct result of this work, Nomi Health has become a thought leader nationwide in the healthcare space. Beyond his policy work, Blake has championed giving back. Under his leadership, the Nomi Health and its Community Engagement team have donated more than $10 million in charitable giving and established the organization's Community Venture program, reinforcing Nomi Health’s commitment to health equity in the communities we serve. His dedication to doing better for all people has further amplified Nomi Health’s mission. Prior to Nomi Health, Blake built programs and strategies that drove policy initiatives for Fortune 100 companies, advocacy groups and nonprofits at BrownWinick, Targeted Victory, Edelman and others. Blake serves on multiple boards and within several community organizations, including Digital Health for Equitable Health, Nebraska Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Aksarben Foundation and Special Olympics International. He and his wife, Erin, are raising four children in Omaha, Nebraska.
