I am an experienced leader with more than 20 years in BSA/AML roles. Prior to joining Crowe, I worked for approximately 15 years in the financial industry overseeing BSA programs for two of the US’s largest financial institutions. I served as the BSA lead in multiple bank acquisitions and mergers as well as multiple software implementations. I have an extensive experience with BSA examinations and audits and worked with FDIC, OCC and Federal Reserve to resolve various BSA findings and consent orders. Since joining Crowe, I have led numerous Financial Crime teams specializing in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory compliance and check and deposit fraud. Serving as the client relationship manager and project lead, I provide experience in model risk management, auditing and internal controls, and program change management and mergers. Over the span of my career, I also presented before hundreds of BSA professionals at various banker's associations, Crowe hosted and ACAMS hosted events.
