About Blake Whitaker

Recently graduated University of Wisconsin Lacrosse with a bachelors degree in exercise and sport science. I graduated with honors and was on the deans list 4 times. This past summer I spent a lot of time volunteering at Courage Kenny rehab facilities. One was in a pediatric setting and the other was inpatient acute care. While at school I was involved with a number of organizations that include exercise science club, pre physical therapy club, volleyball, and flag football. I also volunteered at Gundersen in the physical therapy department. I am currently working as a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness where I train people one on one, but I also run group classes that range from 2-5 people. My main responsibilities there include effectively communicating with clients and coworkers, identifying a clients goal, designing a program and helping clients progress towards their specific goal, and identifying strengths and weaknesses in clients.
