About Blake Zimmerman

I'm a sustainability professional with a deep passion for driving meaningful change in the way businesses operate. Over the past five years, I’ve worked at the intersection of sustainability and business, helping companies navigate the complexities of ESG strategy, with a particular focus on carbon reduction, risk mitigation, and climate-related impacts. My experience spans real estate advisory, general ESG consulting, and GHG verification, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities companies face in building more sustainable operations. Whether guiding clients through emissions reporting, developing decarbonization roadmaps, or verifying greenhouse gas inventories, my goal has always been the same: help organizations make smarter, greener decisions that align with both their values and their bottom line. Now at Sedex, I’m excited to continue this mission by connecting companies with tools and insights to build more ethical and sustainable supply chains. I believe that sustainability is no longer a "nice to have"—it’s a business imperative, and I’m driven to be part of the solution.
