Recently I had a former employee tell me that her new boss reminded her of me."Just a relaxed, hard working woman that expects hard work but isn't hard about it." I believe that every work environment deserves balance and I like to make that happen. My goal in every role is to take work off of my leadership team by exceeding metrics, enhancing client and vendor relationships while also giving my team the focus, drive and collaboration tools they need to succeed with both the organization and themselves. My behaviors and personality have led me to roles where the expectation has been high; creating a foundation that requires me to communicate effectively, be efficient, goal oriented, and optimistic. I will prove that not only am I capable of solving problems and meeting deadlines, but also that my team and customers are behind me. I firmly believe in leading by example, and when I am positive and motivated my team will be too. This trust in my team enables me to give attention to financial decisions, implementing top-down plans and policies, educate myself of other departments' goals, and see macro while working micro. Outside of work I hike and camp with my dog, cook (a lot), listen to Audible and podcasts, and spend time friends. I could talk to you all day about food. I enjoy volunteer work, and meeting new people through new experiences.
