About Blakeslee Brosing

I am a curious, self driven, and highly motivated individual who takes initiative and always seeks to improve. After college I spent time traveling to different countries, which helped me refine my resourcefulness and independence. I have had years of experience in both customer service and relations as well as in hands on physically demanding work. This has made me excellent in communicating with customer & employees as well as understanding the importance of hard consistent work in order to reach both individual goals and that of the company. I recently finished my first role as a supervisor. This role allowed me to use my strong people skills to communicate with my employees and put them in the best situation for them, as well as the department to succeed. I did this by learning and understanding their specific strengths and weaknesses and balancing that with the overall needs of the department. My ability to communicate effectively, coordinate with multiple people and departments, and delegate tasks were crucial for my success in the position. Refining these skills is something I consistently work on and will allow me to be successful in a multitude of positions.
