I have managerial experience working with up to 60 employees as a Store Trainer in a retail atmosphere. I handled training reports and was responsible for working with all store employees to have them complete online training assignments before the due dates. I would train employees on monthly initiatives sent by corporate and maintain a training roster. I handled hiring needs by screening applications, interviewing, and on-boarding as directed by the Store Director.
