About Blanton Hamilton

I'm an Associate on the Retail Investment Sales team at Colliers, where I specialize in the disposition of multi and single-tenant retail assets. I provide data-driven insights and tailored advisory services to help clients and investors maximize the value of their retail properties in a dynamic market environment. Prior to joining the Retail team, I served as a Financial Analyst supporting the Industrial Capital Markets group across the Southeast. In that role, I was responsible for underwriting investment opportunities, developing offering memorandums, and leading targeted research initiatives. My career began as a Research Analyst for the Charlotte region, where I honed my expertise in market analytics and delivered customized intelligence to support corporate real estate strategies. I works in close partnership with Vice Chair Marc Ozburn, a nationally recognized leader in retail investment sales with over $1 billion in closed transactions. Together, we offer high-touch, strategic guidance to clients navigating the evolving landscape of retail real estate. Let’s connect if you’re looking to explore opportunities in retail investment sales, discuss market trends, or collaborate on repositioning assets for stronger performance.
