Background

About Blaze Huston

As a Title I Facilitator it is my responsibility to manage the federally funded Title I program at the school level. I insure that the proper documentation has been collected and activities implemented to comply with prescribed federal guidelines each school year. Additionally, the position requires extensive budget management along with student data extracting, interpretation, summarizing, manipulating, and reporting in a user-friendly format. To successfully accomplish these achievements, I have to effectively communicate with District personnel, School and District administration, as well as faculty through trainings, meetings, email, and reports in a professional, persuasive manner. After I have conveyed the information, it is necessary to supervise, track, and motivate key personnel in an effort to support the implementation of techniques, or to obtain updated progress details, as necessary. I am in continuous contact with the district Title I Coordinators to receive information that I present at the school level or to report the status of the progress at the school I represent.
