Hello, My name is Bleard Copani and during my years working at a Laboratory I picked up a lot of good traits, for example how to keep paperwork organized, we had regular quality controls so all paperwork had to be in order and had to go on each envelope that belonged to the patient. We had to create a system on how to find certain patients faster which is where problem solving comes in. It’s a really important part of working as a supervisor at a lab and managing a lot of tasks at the same time was crucial. Another thing that I learned to use perfectly was Microsoft Office especially Excel due to having to log and create spreadsheets for everything.
