As a Buyer, I am responsible for sourcing and purchasing all required materials for various construction projects. I have over three years of experience in this role, and I have developed strong skills in supply chain management, relationship building, negotiation, and logistics. My mission is to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of quality materials that meet the specifications and expectations of our clients and contractors. Before joining JB Structures, I worked as a Warehouse and Sales Manager at Klimateknika HVAC for seven years, where I managed the distribution, inventory, and operations of the company. I also handled the sales document generation, channel management, contract building, and marketing strategy planning for the online distribution industry. I have a bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the American University of Tirana, and I am fluent in English, Italian, and Beginner in German. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to the construction industry, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
