About Blerta Marjani

I’ve started my working experience in 2009, in an Asset Management company in Milan. This experience gave me the opportunity to learn almost all the operational and accounting aspects of the financial sector and a good knowledge of the Back Office issues. I’ve matured also other work experiences in the past in a Bank and an Insurance Company, so I hope I’ve matured a strong work ethic and good capacity of problem solving. I've matured 3 years at “Deloitte Consulting”. In this period I’ve worked for the European largest Insurance Groups and Banks so I’ve matured a strong work attitude, a broad knowledge of the Insurance/ Banks macro processes, strong determination, good orientation to the results and capabilities to work in team. Actualy i'm working at Ernst & Young Financial-Business Advisors S.p.A within the insurance industry. I'm committed in the Solvency II projects - 1st and 2 nd Pillar of the Solvency II Directive.
