I am an experienced, high performing Software Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services. I have 20+ years of experience with the credit card industry. Currently, I lead a team of product professionals who are responsible for the Accounts Receivable platform software that enables Spend, Bill and Lending experience for our Amex card customers. I get involved in solving real life problems for our customers, deliver impactful initiatives for our business and empowered to make strategic decisions that will propel our software transformation endeavors. I started my professional career as a Statistician (Process Control Engineer) for a semi-conductor company, right after I graduated as Magna Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science degree majored in Statistics from University of the Philippines. This was short lived as I found my passion in programming and building software. I naturally progressed and expanded my responsibility from Programmer to Designer, to Application Architect, then to System Architect, then to End-to-End Project Manager, then to End-to-End Program Manager. Throughout this professional journey, I also was a People Leader and had the opportunity to manage teams.
