I’ve built my career around supporting others whether that’s helping clients navigate complex decisions, building lasting relationships, or making day-to-day processes a little smoother and more human. I’ve worked as a Client Relationship Manager across different industries from healthcare, telecommunication and tech to finance and manufacturing and what’s remained constant is my drive to create meaningful connections and deliver real value. Whether I’m onboarding a new client, troubleshooting an issue, or improving internal workflows, I approach every interaction with empathy, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: Account Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, IT Support Agent, Office Manager and each role has helped me better understand how to meet people where they are and guide them toward where they need to be. Companies like GenderGP, Vonage, Zendesk, and Diebold Nixdorf have given me the space to grow, lead with care, and make a difference, one conversation at a time.
