About Blessing Mawire

I am a results-driven, licensed Electrician with more than a decade of hands-on experience spanning maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of complex electrical systems in the beverage and agro-industrial sectors. My career has been defined by a relentless commitment to reliability, safety, and continuous improvement, underpinned by a deep technical fluency across a broad spectrum of electrical and electromechanical equipment. From switchgear, transformers, and motors to both high and low voltage variable speed drives, I bring a holistic understanding of how to design, implement, and sustain electrical solutions that keep production lines running, quality high, and uptime Over the years I have cultivated advanced expertise in managing power and lighting circuits and maintaining systems up to 33kV. This includes hands-on experience with power distribution networks, circuit protection, control systems, and the full lifecycle of electrical installations from initial design and commissioning through ongoing maintenance and timely upgrades. I am widely recognized for my thorough approach to safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring that every project adheres to current electrical codes, QA standards, and industry best practices. In the field, I have successfully integrated diverse electrical and electromechanical solutions to meet the stringent demands of beverage production and agro-industrial environments. I routinely work with switchgear assemblies, transformers, generators, and a range of motor controllers, including AC/DC drives and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). My hands-on capabilities extend to wiring circuits installation, control system design, lighting system optimization, and the calibration of precision equipment to ensure accurate process control and product quality. I am adept at navigating the complexities of both high-voltage and low-voltage systems, and I bring a methodical, data-driven approach to troubleshooting that reduces downtime and accelerates root-cause analysis. I am passionate about applying best-in-class practices to real-world challenges. My experience includes reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics, implementing control systems, integrating PLCs into manufacturing processes, and managing projects from conception through to successful Let’s explore how we can transform electrical challenges into competitive advantages through thoughtful design, rigorous maintenance, and steadfast operational discipline. beewillez@gmail.com
