Blessing Megwara is a Customer Service professional with over 6 years experience in customer service management, customer engagement, client service relationship management, First- Aid and health and safety in the cabin. I am a professional flight attendant with over 5 years experience. I am dedicated to the delivery of excellent customer service to the passengers during regional and domestic flights. I spent over 4,500 hours travelling to regional and domestic destinations within Nigeria and Africa. During this time, I developed an understanding of our customers preferences as most of them were frequent flyers of our airline which has enabled me to provide a tailored and more effective service to them. Prior to my experience as a flight attendant, I worked as a brand executive in advertising and public relations companies where I successfully managed client relationship, planned promotional campaigns based on consumer insights to promote sales and brand visibility, I also planned events such as product launch and press conference meetings. I thoroughly enjoyed customer engagement, networking, planning events and making sure my clients expectations were met. During my internship and pre NYSC, I was privileged to gain experience in finance and operations unit in an advertising company. It was a very insightful experience to say the least.
