As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Primera Microfinance Bank, I support the strategic vision and goals of the organization by providing high-quality administrative and operational assistance. I manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence, and reports, as well as coordinate meetings, events, and projects with internal and external stakeholders. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Open University of Nigeria and a Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification from Microsoft. I leverage my analytical skills and technical expertise to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that inform and enhance the decision-making process of the CEO and the senior management team. I also have a strong passion and interest in customer service excellence and strategy implementation, which I developed and demonstrated in my previous roles as an Administrative Assistant and a Contact Centre Consultant at Ecobank Nigeria. I am industrious, detail-oriented, and fast-learning, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
