Welcome to my page! I build systems that make impact measurable, scalable, and sustainable. PMP®-certified and bilingual (French), I bridge data, governance, and communication; turning social missions into accountable, operational strategies. My work blends operational efficiency, ESG reporting, and governance design to help teams move from good intentions to verifiable results. Systems Strategy & Data Design: I am currently partnered with the Office of Climate Change City of Hamilton on climate communications, focused on countering misinformation and rebuilding public trust. Cross-functional Project Leadership: PMP-certified, with experience in cross-functional projects in HR, operations, marketing, and program development. At a credit counselling agency, I’ve managed data migrations, performance reporting, and designed impact communications that secured new partner engagement. Governance, Risk, & Public Trust: I am an active member of AMCTO, PMI Institute, and Lausanne Movement Canada. I bridge governance and community engagement to deliver strategies that stick. I began in stakeholder engagement and fundraising, where I led campaigns that raised $72K and drove 73% growth in digital engagement. Today, I apply that same systems-thinking to governance, operations, and sustainability; managing complexity across silos and designing systems people can trust. I’m focused on roles and projects at the intersection of data strategy, sustainability reporting, and operational design where systems integrity meets social impact.
