Around 20 years of visionary leadership in Quality Assurance (QA), I bring expertise in QA, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and various quality methodologies, such as 7 QC tools, 8D,5 WHY, Fishbone analysis, Statistical process control(SPC), Measurement system analysis(MSA), and Production part approval (PPAP). I have a track record of establishing and maintaining Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001. With approximately 17 years dedicated to the dynamic Aerospace and Defense industry, I've qualified over 40 projects in Military and Aerospace applications, emphasizing my commitment to upholding stringent quality standards in these domains. My achievements include implementing AS9100 across multiple sites, improving operational efficiency by integrating QA functions from two separate sites, and empowering suppliers to meet Aerospace industry requirements through rigorous audits, corrective actions, and comprehensive training programs. My goal is to make impactful contributions to the manufacturing industry by delivering zero-defect products.
