I’m a recent graduate from the University at Albany with a B.S. in Digital Forensics and a minor in Cybersecurity, Homeland Security, and Emergency Preparedness. I'm passionate about utilizing my technical education to strengthen cybersecurity in the healthcare sector, particularly in areas involving information security, data protection, and risk mitigation. Currently, I work at Albany Medical Center as a Health Unit Coordinator, where I’ve gained firsthand experience managing patient records, supporting clinical workflows, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. This role has provided me with a strong understanding of electronic medical record systems, like Epic, and reinforced the importance of secure, compliant data management in high-stakes environments. I'm actively seeking opportunities where I can contribute to advancing cybersecurity in healthcare and continue growing my technical skills in clinical settings.
