Bo Blodgett is a seasoned consultant with a wealth of experience in community economic development, affordable housing development, and entrepreneurial ecosystem building. Having dedicated his time to advancing his professional endeavors through Conundrum Innovations, Bo has spearheaded transformative initiatives for various clients, notably serving as a pivotal consultant for COVENTURE – an EDC, accelerator, and coworking space in Carbondale, CO. His contributions include the development of entrepreneurial programming, strategic action planning, and the orchestration of community outreach activities. Prior to establishing Conundrum Innovations, Bo's tenure at the Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC) saw him playing a vital role in nurturing entrepreneurial ecosystems within communities. Notably, he facilitated workshops aimed at identifying catalytic economic development projects and successfully launched RCAC’s Small Business Coaching program, which significantly impacted over 150 small businesses within its initial two years. Equipped with an MBA from Colorado State University, specializing in Global Social Sustainable Enterprise, Bo brings a unique perspective to his consulting work. His exposure to market-based solutions for addressing global poverty, coupled with immersive experiences in Indonesia collaborating with the Kehati Foundation, has honed his ability to engage communities in problem-solving and investigation. It also provided him the space to launch a food product business with his MBA teammates, which gave him an in-depth understanding of the challenges of navigating the food industry.
