With over 16 years of experience as a Surgical Technician spanning various specialties, including NeuroSpine and Orthopedics, I have transitioned into leadership roles. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Expanded Existence, INC, I not only provide strategic insights but also actively contribute as a Product Specialist. This entails leveraging my surgical technology and healthcare administration background to enhance product offerings through market analysis and collaboration with the development team. Simultaneously, I've been the Director of Operations at Global Microsurgical Center, LLC, overseeing operations in Orlando, FL, and Park City, UT since 2013. My commitment to operational excellence is reflected in my role, ensuring streamlined processes and efficient management. My educational journey began with an associate's degree in Surgical Technology, followed by a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. Furthering my academic pursuits, I studied at Nova Southeastern University’s MBA program from 2013-2015 continuing the educational journey as well as earning my Lean Six Sigma White Belt.
