Insurance professional with experience in underwriting, marketing, sales, sales management, agency management, merger and acquisition and agency growth strategy. I lead a group of talented insurance professionals as we work to grow our operation and to insure the best customers across the Bearing footprint. We do so while staying true to our Service Excellence platform. I also lead our expansion and hiring efforts through hiring, training and mentoring commercial sales talent.
