About Bo do

With 20 years of experience in large international to smaller local companies, I've learnt and worked with multiple roles in SW development, architecture, user engagement and agile teams. During the years, I've built a broad knowledge base by always being interested in learning and sharing, no matter if it's something I'm already skilled at or never heard of. Not really an expert in anything but learnt to obtain and implement new tech, tools and skills quickly. Having the capacity to see the big picture: business, technical and user wise, I enjoy and thrive when getting to take responsibility, communicating with and trying to understand partners, stakeholders and end users. Trying to be humble since I think it makes me good with handling people. I think that the most important things for successful projects are the teams and the trust. Helping and working with people gives me energy, seeing them grow. As a nice side effect I usually learn a lot and grow myself. To achieve the above, I've got good help from friends, colleagues, coaches and companies I've worked with, not to mention my wife and my ever evolving children who I have to adapt to daily. They have helped me learning to understand the importance of emotional intelligence and actually knowing and feeling the people around you.
