About Bo Estes

Bo Estes began his career with Hank Dickerson & Company in 1978. Here, he served as an Associate and later as a Vice President of the Firm, becoming a multi-million-dollar producer in 1980, 1981, and 1982. In 1983, he joined Hines Industrial, a partnership controlled by Gerald D. Hines Interests of Houston, as Director of Marketing. In this capacity, he established a staff and headed the leasing efforts for an entire portfolio of 18 low, mid and high-rise office properties totaling 4.5 million square feet in the Dallas/Fort Worth office market and totaling more than a half billion dollars in lease transactions. Bo Estes joined the well-known Downtown Dallas firm of Bell & Hocker, Inc. in 1986, where he successfully negotiated leases for major tenants in some of Dallas’ most prominent office addresses. The two firms merged in June of 1994 and Bo has consistently been a top producer year in and year out making the Circle of Excellence multiple years.
