I am a consultant at Dell Technologies, where I lead the global operations and sales of the company's largest Microsoft partner program, FastTrack. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer experience while driving strategic growth and profitability for Dell and Microsoft. In my current role, I have successfully grown the FastTrack customer base by 71% over 24 months, earning the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in 2023. I also execute customer sales efforts across multiple sales groups, supervise technical onboarding with a global engineering team, and support product accessibility and expansion initiatives.
