Specialize in improving the speed and quality of linear and mixed integer solvers+heuristics applied to large scale optimization applications. Further information : Been employed by several commercial optimizer vendors in the past i.e MOSEK, SULUM and lastly I have worked on improving IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimizer, a state of the art mathematical programming solver for linear programming, mixed integer programming, and quadratic programming. Joined Optibus to work on a state of the art vehicle scheduling, crew scheduling and rostering engine. Senior principal engineer, key contributor and maintainer of the optimization engine. Currently managing a small team of optimization experts. As a team and individual contributor working on delivering high quality solutions to large and difficult optimization problems within a tight time frame.
