About Bo Lei

I'm a Machine Learning Researcher passionate about developing AI-driven solutions for challenging scientific and engineering problems. My work focuses on applied research in deep learning, computer vision, graph-based learning and generative models, with applications in manufacturing, materials science and scientific simulations. I develop graph neural networks, surrogate models, and graph transformers to accelerate fluid dynamics and solid mechanics simulations. I also work on diffusion models for materials defects, large-scale computer vision for microscopy analysis, and multi-modal large language models. I enjoy tackling complex modeling challenges and optimizing large-scale AI pipelines to advance scientific computing and engineering workflows.
