About Bo Pedersen

With more than 2 decades of knowledge and experience in business technology I have a strong passion of working with business stakeholders and share my knowledge and expertise. I provide technology direction and guidance to business units and markets – this in order to enable the best business processes and capabilities and to ensure the technology solutions meet current and future business needs. In addition to this I will as Business Technology Manager participate in the development of technology strategies, collaborate with the business on a strategic level, and communicate to the different stakeholders making sure that the approved roadmaps, programs & projects are executed & followed. My objective is to make sure the business makes the right technology investments within and across business units and make sure they are implemented as effective and efficient as possible. In addition to this I act as liaison between the business units, markets and IT – this in order to make sure the business agenda is sufficient technology supported and the business get the most out of the investment. As Business Technology Manager I make sure all stakeholders are timely involved and the business demands are processed according to the demand management process within business. I facilitates technology innovation and promotes new opportunities to the business that might lead to new business capabilities and improved business processes.
