Created PMO processes for SAP AMS department, supporting 5 major customers. Matrix manager for administrative offshore employees (India), including visiting Bangalore twice per year. Describing myself on the more personal side, then I’m a positive and empathic, logical, goal oriented, having a strong analytical, structural, and problem-solving approach to challenges and have a broad technical understanding.
