I have with my Engineering (BSc) and Leadership foundation developed Long-term experience within EPC Engineering, Leadership, Off Shoring, Change Management and Lean/Operational Excellence programs and extensive knowledge with development of global innovation strategies, concepts & tools with a strong and dedicated mind for growing the competitive edge of the business. I am an analytical, balanced person with a sound intuitive sense, helping to make things work in practice. Having obtained an intensive understanding on how business operate in the detail from proposal to benefit realization. Achieved long-term experience collaborating with QA, CSR, R&D, HR, IT as well as Suppliers. Major achievements: • Initiated and pre-implemented 3D Solid Works with parametric approach in the F.L.Smidth Group. • Initiated and executing sale of “copy” cement plants to selected markets – with a benefit of significantly reducing Engineering lead time and cost of Engineering order work (80%) • Lead the global developing and implementation of the F.L.Smidth Lean program responsible for Lean departments in Europa, India and USA, with the result of: Reducing Lead time on order start from 13 weeks (2008) to 2 weeks in 2010 (85%) Reducing Lead time within different cement process dep. from 55 weeks (2007) to 16 weeks in 2010 (70%) Reducing engineering hours within the same cement process dep. with up to 25% Inventing and implementing the “war room” for proactive project management. • Initiated and lead the development a global performance Metric/KPI program for the F.L.Smidth Group • Headed (Group PMO), a complete setup, governance and reporting structure development of Ramboll’s Competitive Platform (Infrastructure), consisting of 13 main program groups with a total of 31 individual programs.
