Dr. Robert L. Arnold, Ed.D, M.A, B.C.P.C, C.A.C.P, L.M.H.CDr. Robert L. Arnold (Dr. Bob) holds doctorate in Counseling Psychology and a Masters Degree in Professional School Psychology. He is the Owner/ Lead Clinician at Mid-Pinellas Counseling and Psychological Services and is a Practice Associate at the Brain Enhancement Institute of Florida located in Palm Harbor providing psychotherapy and counseling services to children, adolescents and adults.He has served as the Consulting Psychologist to the Transplant Institute of Florida at Largo Medical Center Previously, he had been a clinician, educator, and researcher at Suncoast Hospice retiring after 20 years of service. He is a noted national speaker holds academic appointments as an Adjunct Professor at the Barry University College of Medicine and the National University of Health Sciences lecturing on Psychology, Business and Bio-Ethics, Doctor Patient Relationships, Crisis Response, and Thanatology. He specializes in counseling and psychotherapy with a focus on grief work, stress management, sports medicine and strategies to enhance wellness and performance at home, school, and work. He has published numerous book chapters and articles in publications such as “NHPCO’s Insights Magazine,” “The Journal of Geriatric Cardiology,” and the “American Nursing Journal” and has been featured on “Medscape.” In addition to his work as a clinician, researcher, and writer, Dr. Bob is President/ CEO of Psicore Consulting Inc. which provides business solutions to educational, hospitality and healthcare industries.Dr. Bob is a determined community advocate and has served on the Executive Board of Career Source Pinellas, Chairman of the St. Petersburg College Corporate Training Advisory Board, and the Bright Community Land Trust He has also served Executive Director of the West Central Florida Crisis Intervention Team. At present he serves on the board of the Blue Water Film Festival and as Admiral Emeritus for the Krewe of the Conquistadors of Tampa Bay.
