I am running for Arkansas Senate District 16 and I am running on the Republican ticket. It's going to be an uphill battle and I am going to need your help. If you are tired of professional politicians telling you everything you want to hear, promising you everything that you want, while lying through their teeth and voting like a Liberal because they lied to get where they are at, then cast your vote my way. My goal is to bring common sense to the platform, balance to a party that is shifting to the left and to do what is right for the people of this state. I am a Constitutional Conservative that happens to think that common citizens and small businesses are being taxed into oblivion, crushed by ever increasing restrictions on ourselves while the large corporations that are big enough to have some high paid lobbyists spend all of their time, effort and money on politicians that will vote their way and to heck with everyone else. Whatever happened to having both parties working for the good of Arkansas? Instead, we see both parties refusing to co-operate because this party sponsored a good idea, while the other party is told not to vote for it because it wasn’t sponsored by their party.and nothing gets done. The Republican Party Platform is being subverted by Republicans in name only (RINO's) and some of them are polished politicians that never had a real job, not much in the way of real life experience and they don’t have enough common sense to distinguish what is right and what is wrong for the good of this state.
