I've led a variety of high-performance teams and have extensive experience in the high tech industry … and a track record of accomplishment. Some key factors to my success are strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic planning vision backed by deep technical knowledge, marketing and sales experience and continuous improvement through formal and self-training. My bottom line is that I thrive on looking at complex problems, charting a path toward clear goals, assembling a team of great people to tackle the challenges, and then acting as their servant-leader to deliver innovative solutions.
