As a leader, I’ve had many opportunities to see the ingredients that can make good companies great. I believe that you need to have an unrelenting focus on customer success. I believe that to grow, you need to collaborate with your prospects and challenge them to raise the bar using your products or services. I believe that there is strength in diversity, and a strong team that is engaged is the most powerful weapon in the market. And I believe that passion for the mission is not an option—it is a fundamental characteristic—that needs to be inextricably woven into the fabric of your culture. Right now, I am using my learnings to fundamentally change the way marketers work with data. I’m the CEO of QuickPivot. I’m applying my experience in data and analytics to build a better way to market. My view is that as we continue to digitize our interactions in all aspects of our life, we expect businesses to know more. Successful brands will use this insight to create personal and relevant interactions with me. Not to a segment or cluster, but to me personally. Achieving this vision is my passion and profession.
