Former Primary School Teacher, High School Teacher/Sports Master and University Lecturer. My journey in the Wellness field commenced in 1976, as Director of the Heart Beat Centre, the inaugural Wellness Centre in Queensland I have chaired many Health/Fitness/ Wellness Associations/Organisations including Australian Fitness Accreditation Council and Queensland Fitness Sport and Recreation, Industry Training Council as well as being appointed founding President of some, such as the Queensland Fitness and Health Association and the National Wellness Institute of Australia. Now retired from University lecturing in Workplace Wellness I split my week between two consultancies Wellness Communication Solutions ( Personal Wellness Coaching, Coaching and Mentoring Workplace/Corporate Health/Wellness Program Coordinators/Champions and Leaders) and Wellness Constructs (providing Wellness Education for community members, Health Professionals, employees and their families). Current Australian Representative National Wellness Institute International Standing Committee.
