I have worked with Shelter Insurance since 1982. During that time I started a scratch insurance agency earning two Shelter Millionaire Awards while building a business. I moved into the position of District Sales Manager in 1987 to achieve a lifelong dream of becoming a coach. Since 1987 I have been involved in recruiting, hiring, training, educating, inspiring and coaching self employed entrepreneurs in building a successful business through marketing and outstanding customer service. I have been blessed to have been recognized as a Shelter Insurance Conference of Champion several times during my career earning me the lifetime recognition as a Shelter Insurance Hall of Fame Sales District Leader.
