About Bob Braun

Bob Braun has over twenty years of experience in the information technology industry and is committed to helping clients improve their relationships with customers, employees and suppliers. Braun has over 12 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes and technologies. Bob led many contact center projects including the Home Shopping Network, CIGNA Insurance, and ABN AMRO. Braun contributed as lead architect and developer to other contact center solutions such as Bank One, National Government Services (formerly AdminaStar Federal), Vision Service Plan, Ameritech, and Sprint. Additionally, he has led several projects leveraging Open Source solutions. At Revelant, Braun keeps abreast of customer-oriented solutions by continuing to be involved in client projects. Braun founded Revelant Technologies, LLC in early 2003. Braun also co-founded Allegiant Technology Group in 1996 serving as its CTO. Along with his original two partners, Braun won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in for Business and Technology Consulting. Prior to establishing Allegiant, Braun was a Consultant Systems Engineer with EDS, where he served as chief architect for one of the company's premier clients - Delco Electronics. Braun has two degrees from the University of Louisville's Speed Scientific School - an undergraduate degree in applied science and a master's degree of engineering in applied mathematics and computer science.
