Throughout my career I have led with the philosophy of maximizing relationships to create cohesive team outcomes. Working cross-functionally with C-Level executives, I am able to gain insight into needs and create buy-in for critical business development initiatives and go forward strategies. I translate strategic goals into tactical plans founded on measurable objectives, and execute on them by utilizing Partnership and other company resources. I take ownership of creating, planning, and disseminating goals while driving teams to hit their targets. My formal acting experience has enabled me to understand what drives behavior and to inspire others to be part of the partner ecosystem. I believe this ecosystem is the best way to foster and accelerate growth, particularly during times of change and challenge.
