About Bob Chatham

Bob Chatham is a second generation residential designer that has been designing custom homes for over 25 years. He has been a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design for over 30 years and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders. Now residing in Fairhope, Alabama, Bob's newest house plan collection, The Fairhope Collection, offers a casual living style with open floor plans, large kitchens, and spacious master suites. As part of this collection, Bob designed Alabama's first National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Certified home. This home is NAHB Green Certified for Energy Efficiency, Water Conservation, Indoor Air Quality, and Resource Efficiency, and is a perfect addition to the Meadows subdivision in Point Clear.
