Robert Colley, age 63 has spent the last 34 years as a developer, investor and broker of retail commercial properties in Texas, Georgia and Arizona. Based in Dallas, Texas he has developed or acquired approximately square feet of retail properties. He is a licensed real estate broker and has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 1987. He is President and Owner of Robert Colley Development Corporation, President and Co-Owner of Hillcrest Partners Corporation, a real estate investment company and Vice President and Co-Owner of Maclay Properties Company, a shopping center leasing and management company, which he purchased from its founder, Doug Maclay in 1994.
