Currently serving as a Paramedic with St John Ambulance (NSW) and Deputy Commander of Field Operations with NSW SES, I thrive in high-pressure environments where quick decision-making, teamwork, and compassionate care make the greatest impact. My career has given me the opportunity to: Deliver advanced patient care in critical and diverse medical emergencies. Lead multi-agency disaster response operations, ensuring readiness and effective coordination. Mentor and train volunteers and junior responders, fostering a strong pipeline of skilled emergency service professionals. Improve operational efficiency through process improvements, inventory management, and resource optimization. In addition to my paramedicine background, I bring leadership experience from roles in community safety, security, and frontline management. I am passionate about supporting my community through resilience-building, training, and emergency preparedness.
