As a TAB Board Facilitator and Coach, I form and facilitate a safe place for business owners to assist one another; to help one another see their blind spots and realize the potential that lies in front of them for their businesses and their lives. After a successful career in company-wide and sales management roles, I have spent over thirty years designing, implementing and managing performance improvements in a variety of industries, with companies ranging from small local businesses and startups to Fortune 500 companies, in the U.S. and abroad. As a sought-after trusted advisor, business owner, consultant, facilitator and coach, I am proud of and praised for my ability to listen with a keen ear, summarize stated and unstated objectives and pain points, then help architect and implement solutions with an efficient and nonjudgmental approach.
