Bob joined UMB Bank in 2017 as Senior Vice President and National Director of Business Development for UMB's Corporate Trust and Escrow Services Division. Bob has over 38 years of experience in delivering corporate trust, escrow and related agency services. His primary focus is delivering solutions to participants in the M&A, capital markets, financial advisory, underwriting and transactional markets. He concentrates on business development efforts for an industry leading provider of corporate trustee and related agency services, municipal trustee and escrow products and services in Texas and nationally. Types of product offerings- Corporate bonds - convertible, high grade and high yield- Agency services - DTC eligibility services for private placements; Depositary Agent and Collateral Agent for Project Finance transactions; Subscription Agent for capital raises- Escrow services including M&A indemnification holdback, 1031, Subscription Escrow Agent for capital raises, QSFs, Standby trusts, Contractor retention, among others- Public finance debt - PIDs, MUDs, COPs, Senior Living, Charter School, Revenue and GO Bonds, IRBs, VRDBs;
